🔹 1. Block Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead planning and implementation of livelihood & rural development programs at the block level.
Supervise field teams and coordinate with district-level officials.
Ensure achievement of program targets and quality standards.
Qualification:
Graduate/Post Graduate in Management, Social Work, Rural Development, or equivalent.
3+ years of relevant experience in project management.
🔹 2. Livelihood Specialist
Responsibilities:
Design and implement livelihood development activities (farm, non-farm, and skill-based).
Provide technical support and training to SHGs and community members.
Monitor outcomes and improve income generation initiatives.
Qualification:
Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture, Livelihoods, Social Sciences, or related field.
2+ years of experience in rural livelihoods or self-employment promotion.
🔹 3. Area Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Supervise the implementation of activities at cluster/area level.
Provide handholding support to Self Help Groups (SHGs), VOs, and CLFs.
Ensure timely data collection and reporting.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 years of field-level experience in rural development or community mobilization.
🔹 4. Accountant (District/Block Level)
Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records and handle day-to-day accounting.
Ensure fund utilization as per guidelines.
Assist in audits and financial reporting.
Qualification:
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree in commerce/accounting.
Knowledge of Tally or accounting software preferred.
Experience in government or development sector finance is desirable.
🔹 5. Office Assistant (District/Block Level)
Responsibilities:
Manage office files, data entry, and clerical tasks.
Support senior staff in documentation and scheduling.
Maintain records and reports in both digital and physical formats.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Typing skills and prior office experience preferred.
🔹 6. Community Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Mobilize rural communities into SHGs and build their capacities.
Conduct training and awareness programs.
Act as a link between the community and the BRLPS team.
Qualification:
Intermediate (10+2) {Female} or Graduate {Male}.
Preference for candidates from rural backgrounds and those with field experience.
🔹 7. Block IT Executive
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support at the block level.
- Maintain MIS systems, update data, and resolve technical issues.
- Train field staff on digital platforms used by BRLPS.
Qualification:
- BCA/B.Sc (IT)/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, MIS, and rural data systems.
- Field IT support experience preferred.
